Working Principle
The machine features a dual-station synchronous processing design. Two workpiece holders secure gemstones independently, while two grinding wheel assemblies shape both workpieces simultaneously. This parallel operation significantly improves production efficiency.
Product Overview
Designed for shaping colored gemstones, jade, and similar materials, the N6208D supports over 50 shapes, including:
Round, Oval, Ellipse, Pear, Marquise, Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Heart, and Drop.
Key Advantages
High Concentricity
The shaped stone blank remains highly concentric with the bonded rod, providing a precise foundation for subsequent faceting. Ideal for matching stones to precious metal jewelry molds and finished product processing.
High Efficiency
Uses a rolling grinding and shaping process. Can process approximately 1,000 pieces in 8 hours.
Stepless Speed Adjustment
Workpiece rotation speed is continuously adjustable from 0–200 r/min, precisely controlled by a stepper motor.
Easy Operation
Stores up to 10 processing programs. Features an English-language interface for quick learning.
Wide Size Range
Handles workpieces from 2mm to 30mm (0.08–1.18 inches).
