I. Product Definition
Hot Rolled Coil (HRC for short) is a coiled steel product made from steel billets rolled by hot rolling mills at high temperature (usually 1100-1250℃). During the production process, the steel billet's plasticity is improved after high-temperature heating, enabling continuous rolling with high production efficiency and complete product specifications. It is a basic steel product with large output and wide application in the steel industry, widely used in various industrial manufacturing, construction engineering and other fields around the world, and is one of the core steel categories for foreign trade export.

VI. Quality Assurance

VII. Export-related Instructions
(1) Packaging Standard
Export-specific packaging is adopted: the outer layer is wrapped with waterproof plastic film + moisture-proof paper, the inner layer is padded with protective pads, the two ends of the steel coil are added with protective plates, and fixed with steel strips to prevent scratches, rust and deformation during transportation. It is suitable for various transportation methods such as sea transportation, land transportation and air transportation, and meets international transportation packaging standards. Packaging marks (such as English shipping marks, specifications and parameters, destination, etc.) can be customized according to customer requirements.
(2) Delivery Cycle
For conventional specification hot rolled coils, the delivery cycle is 5-7 days (calculated from the confirmation of the order, receipt of payment and confirmation of letter of credit); for special customized specifications (special materials, special sizes, special surface treatments), the delivery cycle will be adjusted according to the production difficulty. The specific time will be communicated and confirmed with the customer in advance to ensure on-time delivery without affecting the customer's customs clearance and production plan.
(3) Customs Clearance Documents
