E7015-G Welding Materials for Pressure Equipment
Description: a low-hydrogen sodium-type coated low-alloy steel electrode. It is suitable for DC reverse polarity (DC+) welding and can be used for all-position welding.
Application
Used for welding low-alloy steel structures with matching tensile strength, such as 14MnMoVB, WEL-TEN70, and Japanese HW56 steels.

Precautions
1. Electrodes must be baked at 350–380°C for 1 hour before use, and used immediately after baking.
2. Before welding, remove rust, oil, moisture and other contaminants from the workpiece, and preheat to approximately 200°C.
3. Use short-arc operation during welding, and narrow weave bead technique is recommended.
