AT-J707Ni
Equivalent standards: GB E7015-G; AWS E10015-G; JIS D7015
Description & Applications
Low-hydrogen type low-alloy high-strength steel electrode. Uses DC reverse polarity, suitable for all-position welding. The deposited metal has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. Compared with J707 electrodes, its main advantages are significantly improved low-temperature toughness and crack resistance. Used for welding low-alloy high-strength steel structures with corresponding strength grades.

Notes
1. Bake the electrode at 350–380°C for 1 hour before use, and use it immediately after baking.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants from the workpiece before welding.
3. Use short arc during welding, and keep the arc length moderate.
