Equivalent standards: GB E7015-G; AWS E10015-G
Description & Applications
Ultra-low hydrogen high toughness electrode. Uses DC reverse polarity, suitable for all-position welding. The welded joint has excellent cold crack resistance, and the deposited metal has good ductility and toughness.

Notes
1. Bake the electrode at 400°C for 1 hour before use, and use it immediately after baking.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture, and other contaminants from the workpiece before welding.
3. Use short arc during welding, and keep the arc length moderate.
