The replacement 3M high-flow filter cartridge is an industrial or household-grade filtering element specifically designed for high-flow and high-efficiency filtration needs. Its core function is to efficiently remove suspended solids, particulate matter, colloids, organic matter, and other impurities from fluids while ensuring high water throughput, making it suitable for a variety of complex scenarios.
The core performance characteristics of high-flow filter cartridges are high flow rate per cartridge, low pressure loss, long lifespan, and high dirt holding capacity, which can effectively reduce installation and operation costs.
During installation, it is necessary to first inspect the O-ring, clean the filter element sealing ring in a timely manner, and place it flat in the sealing groove to avoid deformation due to compression. Use process liquid to wet the O-ring first, facilitating insertion and removal for installation. Remove the packaging bag, cover the sealing head properly to avoid contamination, assemble the filter element, and tighten the filter lifting cover compression bolt. Unscrew the vent valve on the top of the housing. Slowly unscrew the inlet valve a little, allowing liquid to slowly enter the housing until it flows out from the vent valve, and then close the vent valve. Gradually unscrew the outlet valve completely, and then slowly unscrew the inlet valve gradually. Flush the filter element with flow for 5-10 minutes, and then enter the normal filtering state.
