General introduction:
High flow filter cartridge is one of the main products from Zonel Filtech, which is a kind of pleated filter cartridge with crescent shape pleat geometry, combined with the properties of larger diameter and core-less so as to maximize the filter area, which make the filter cartridge can be operated in the high flow volume and with the much bigger dirty loading capacity, much lower the initial resistance, durable.
Zonel Filtech provide the full range of the replacement high flow filter cartridges of 3M Cuno High Flow series cartridges, Pall Ultipleat High Flow series, Parker ParMax SELECT high flow Filter Cartridges series, Pentair Aqualine high flow water filter cartridge series, etc.

Properties of the high flow filter cartridge serials from Zonel Filtech:
1.The liquid with sediment filtration direction for the high flow filter cartridge is from the inner side to outer side, all the particles will be collected at the inner side of the cartridges, which can help to reduce the pollution when change the filter cartridges at the cleaner side.
2.The bigger filter area of the high flow filter cartridge can help to reduce the volume of the filter housing, also can help to reduce the frequency to change the filter cartridge, save the maintenance cost.
3.The filter material layout from inner side to outer side the open side is changed to smaller gradually, which help to increase the dirty loading capacity, reduce the high flow filter cartridge change frequency and reduce the maintenance cost.
4.Absolute rated filter efficiency.
5.The filter cartridge change is more convenient and faster, safe operating.
6.The high flow filter cartridge series with the 100% thermal welding connection, with food grade material, won’t cause the second pollution.

Maximum operating temperature: 82 degree C.
Maximum operating resistance: 3.44 bar, 82 degree C
Suggest cartridge changing resistance: 2.4 bar @ 20 degree C.
