The hydraulic oil filter element is used in the hydraulic system to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium. It also filters out solid impurities that are mixed from the outside or generated internally during system operation in various oil systems. It can effectively control the contamination level of the working medium, protect the normal operation of mechanical equipment, and is an indispensable part of the pipeline series for conveying the medium. Its application range is wide, covering multiple fields such as steel, electricity, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, paper making, chemical industry, machine tools, and construction machinery. Key parameters include filtration accuracy, working pressure, working medium, working temperature, filtration material, and structural strength, and it follows ISO quality standards.The replacement cycle is typically every 3 years, but the specific interval is influenced by factors such as working hours and working environment. The suction filter element is replaced every 2000 hours of operation, while the return oil filter element is replaced after the first 250 hours of operation and then every 500 hours thereafter.A clogged filter element may lead to issues such as insufficient local lubrication, increased component wear, equipment heating, louder noise, and abnormal component movement.

1.Core function: The hydraulic oil filter element removes metal particles, contaminating impurities, and colloidal substances from the oil through physical interception and adsorption, effectively controlling the contamination level of the working medium and preventing increased component wear, equipment heating, and abnormal component operation. 


2.Main classification: According to their installation positions and functions in the hydraulic system, they are mainly divided into the following categories:

Oil suction filter: installed below the oil level in the tank or in the pump suction line, with a relatively coarse filtration accuracy (typically 80~150μm), mainly protecting the hydraulic pump and requiring low resistance. ‌‌

Pressure pipeline filter: installed on the pump outlet pipeline, it needs to withstand high pressure (up to 21MPa or even higher), with high filtration accuracy (5-10μm), protecting sensitive hydraulic components. ‌‌

Return oil filter: installed on the return oil pipeline, it filters out particulate impurities generated by the operation of the actuator, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil flowing back to the oil tank. The filtration accuracy is usually 5-20μm. ‌

Other types: including bypass filters, circulation filters, and air filters (to prevent external pollutants from entering the fuel tank with the air). 


3.Technical parameters: Key parameters include filtration accuracy (1-200μm), working pressure (up to 21MPa), working temperature (-30℃~+110℃), and filtration ratio (β value).
