DSH Series Double Screw Conical Mixer is a high-efficiency, high-precision vertical powder mixing equipment. Adopting asymmetric double screw structure, it realizes high uniform mixing in short time through combined rotation and revolution movement. 2. Working Principle
• Asymmetric double screw layout, long screw near cone wall, short screw in center
• Rotation: material rises spirally and diffuses radially
• Revolution: material circulates along cone wall, eliminates dead corners
• Combined movement realizes convection, diffusion, shearing for fast uniform mixing

• High mixing uniformity, CV ≤ 5%, mixing time 4–10 minutes
• No dead corners, low residue, easy to clean
