The MX series horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a U-shaped cylinder, double-layered ribbon mixing blades, and transmission components. It features a horizontal single-shaft dual-ribbon symmetric structure, where bidirectional movement of inner and outer ribbon blades creates convective mixing, resulting in high mixing efficiency and excellent uniformity. Designed specifically for mixing various powders and granules, it is particularly suitable for viscous and cohesive powders/granules, as well as scenarios involving the addition of liquids or pasty materials to powders/granules. The entire machine has no mixing dead zones, with a fully openable cylinder cover for easy cleaning and material changeover, and excellent sealing and leak-proof performance. Optional spray liquid addition and jacketed temperature control systems can be installed according to production needs to meet diverse process requirements. The full series comprises six models with effective capacities ranging from 200 to 2000 liters. Core components are selected from well-known brands
