The horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a U-shaped container, double-layered ribbon agitator blades, and transmission components, forming a horizontal cylindrical single-shaft dual-ribbon symmetric structure. The outer ribbon conveys materials from both sides towards the center, while the inner ribbon transports materials from the center to both sides, creating a convective mixing effect. Compared to continuous ribbons, the interrupted ribbons generate stronger shear force and higher mixing efficiency. The equipment is equipped with a feed opening on the top cover/upper part of the cylinder, which can be optionally fitted with a spray liquid addition device as needed. A pneumatic or manual flip valve is installed at the bottom center for convenient and leak-proof discharge. An additional jacket can be added outside the cylinder to heat or cool the materials via hot or cold media, meeting various process requirements. The entire machine has no mixing dead zones, is easy to clean, and performs excellently in mixing viscous, cohesive powdery materials and liquid/paste-like materials. Six models cover effective capacities from 200 to 2000 liters, with power ratings of 4-22 kW, suitable for mixing production needs of different scales across multiple industries.
