This is a fully automatic quantitative packaging system integrating material storage, weighing, bag clamping, conveying and sewing, specially designed for solid granular and powdery materials. The equipment consists of an upper storage hopper, weighing and metering unit, pneumatic bag clamping mechanism, belt conveyor, sewing machine and supporting air compressor. It realizes fast and slow feeding metering through high-precision weighing sensors. After manual bagging, it automatically completes the whole process of blanking, conveying and sewing. It is widely used for open-mouth bag quantitative packaging of materials such as grain, feed, chemical raw materials, activated carbon and metal powder.
The whole machine has a modular structure. The parts in contact with materials can be made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It is equipped with a PLC/button-type electric control panel with adjustable parameters and simple operation. The supporting air compressor provides pneumatic power with reliable bag clamping and sealing. It can also be integrated with a dust removal device to avoid dust pollution, making it an efficient solution for medium and large packaging capacity.
