The GHJ series mixer is a dry material granule mixing equipment specifically designed for the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors, with 304-2B stainless steel as its core material, balancing cleanliness requirements and durability. The entire machine adopts an integrated electromechanical control system, equipped with an adjustable timer and dual-sided jog functions, offering convenient operation and high automation, which can accurately meet the mixing production needs of different batches.
The core advantage of the equipment lies in its seamless design: stainless steel guide plates are added and polished at the seams of both sides of the mixing cylinder, ensuring no material accumulation dead zones inside, resulting in excellent mixing uniformity, while also enabling ideal cleaning and maintenance. The discharge valve is precision-machined from full stainless steel and paired with a shaped silicone rubber seal, providing excellent sealing performance to prevent material leakage during operation. The feed opening adopts an advanced quick-opening structure, significantly simplifying the feeding and cleaning processes and reducing worker operational difficulty.
In terms of performance and specifications, the equipment is suitable for dry material granule mixing scenarios, featuring a unique mixing cylinder structure for high mixing efficiency. The entire series includes 9 models ranging from GHJ-180 to GHJ-4000, with total volumes from 0.18 to 4.0 m³ and single-batch production capacities from 40 to 800 kg, covering mixing operations from small batches to large-scale production. Models 500 and above are standardly equipped with WL50 vacuum pumps to meet vacuum requirements during feeding and mixing processes. The cylinder rotation speed is stable (12 rpm or 7.8 rpm), with mixing times of 6-10 minutes (4-8 minutes for smaller models), ensuring dual guarantees of mixing efficiency and uniformity. The overall weight ranges from 290 to 2800 kg, and the external dimensions are upgraded to adapt to different model sizes, allowing flexible adaptation to various production sites. It is a reliable choice for dry material granule mixing in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries.
