Product Description
Air Sorting Machine is one of the necessary equipment for household waste classification.
The main principle is to use the principle of aerodynamics to separate the light material and heavy material, and the light matter material is exported upward through the conveyor under the action of wind force.
The heavy material sinks and is output by the heavy material conveyor because the rising air flow cannot drive it.
Materials that can be sorted: Light material:Plastic bags, woven bags, paper, plastic bottles, cloth etc. Purpose:It can make RDF briquette , Used in power plants for incineration to generate electricity.
Production Line
Automatic Waste Sorting Production Line for Organic Waste is to classify domestic waste at the source, and realize waste reduction, recycling and harmlessness through classified collection, classified transportation and classified treatment. The capacity ranges from 30-500 tons per day.
After sorting, different fractions of pure waste are received and can be further processed for recycling.
Working Principle
Automatic Waste Sorting Production Line in Several Stages:
1.Box feeder+bag breaking machine
Feeding the material evenly and tear the bag into the next process;
2.Trommel screen
Mainly used for sieving organic and inorganic substances;
3.Air sorting machine
Mainly used for screening light materials and heavy materials;
4.Manual sorting table
Sorting out rubber, wood blocks, large pieces of glass, batteries, etc. from the garbage;
5.Hydraulic baling machine
The sorted plastics and cartons are packaged and can be further processed into RDF fuel rods.
