Introduction of coke press machine
Coke press machine is a featured production of our factory, it is used to make pellet from dust or granule, such as charcoal powder, metal powder, mineral powder, carbon black, coal dust, iron powder. After the pressing of our machine, powder and granule are formed into various shapes of balls. This processing changes the using way of coal brings many good efforts.
Mould：
Mould shape can be oval, round ball, pillow, etc.
Briquette diameter can be 10-60mm.
Whatever shape and size, we all can producefor you.
And mould material is use No. 65 manganese steel.
Working principle and main parts of coke press machine
1. First, the powder material will be transferred on to the two pressure roller through the feeder.
2. The natural materials enter the ball roll mode with the roll rotation.
3. Material pressure on a small part become larger, when the material enter into the two pressure rollers, the pressure of materials has reached the peak.
4. Tremendous pressure between the two roller, the powder become finished product.
Features of coke press machine
1) the roller is made by hard materials, with good wear resistance and long life time;
2) the service life of wearing parts is up to 4000 hours;
3) the briquette machines electricity cost reduces by 60%;
4) the coke press machine is easy to operate and maintain;

Delivery site
1.Payment :40% TT in advance, 60%TT balance pay off before delivery;
2.Packing: The ball briquette machine and wear parts will protected by plywooden box or as customers’ will;
(1).All the ball briquette machine will be wrapped up with plastic film first (including the motor);
(2).The plastic film bag wrapped ball briquette machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine
in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements);
(3).The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
3.Delivery time: For one set, the delivery time is 7-10 days, for 1-5 sets 20-25 days, above 5 sets usually negotiate;
4.Shipping company: MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAL/KLINE and We will remind you before boat arrive and offer you all the customs clearance
documents on time.
