SMOKELESS CHARCOAL BRIQUETTE MACHINE
The smokeless charcoal briquette machine has four rollers double pressure structure, machinery pressure and hydraulic system can be exchanged working. The rollers of coal ball briquette machine adopt taper assembly, so that the rollers are easy to be replaced by user, which will save a lot of time and avoid many troubles.
The material of the mold is made of No. 65 manganese steel, which is forged. The pellet shape of the smokeless charcoal briquette machine, coal briquette press machine and charcoal ball briquette machine can also be changed. It can also produce special shapes such as square shape, ball egg shape, round shape, goose egg type, round shape, column row, strip type, bread type, pillow type and so on. We could design different moulds according to customer’s requirement.
Smokeless charcoal briquette machine, coal briquette press machine and charcoal ball briquette machine can be used to press various powders, waste residues such as pulverized coal, iron powder, coking coal, aluminum powder, iron filings, iron oxide scale, carbon powder, carbon powder, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, activated carbon and coke powder. It is widely used in refractory, power plant, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating and other industries. After being made and formed by the ball pressing machine, which has good economic and social benefits, energy saving, environmental protection, convenient transportation, and improved the utilization rate of waste.
Our team could customize reasonable and efficient production line according to customers' site, raw materials, output and other requirements.
Firstly, coconut shell, sawdust and other biomass are carbonized into carbon by carbonization furnace and enter hoister and storage tank. According to customer's raw material, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace. (If raw materials are coal, it not necessary to be carbonized. And it can ignore this STEP.)
Secondly, carbon can be crushed into carbon powder by dust-free grinder. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
Thirdly, carbon powder are stirred by double shaft mixer and mixer. (According to the shape of raw materials, it can ignore this step.）
In the end, carbon powder can be be shaped by ball making machine and enter the dryer by drying.
The whole smokeless charcoal briquette machine, coal briquette press machine and charcoal ball briquette machine production line are fully automatic.

PACKING & SHIPPING
Packing: All products will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. Equipment is packed with plastic wrap and wood case. Loading container in factory.
Delivery: 15-25 days after confirming order, delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.
