PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
6-7 T/H CHARCOAL BRIQUETTE BALLPRESS MACHINE
The coal briquetting machine specializes in pressing various powder material like coal, coke and semi-coke, charcoal and other powder material to briquettes. Due to double rollers forced squeezing, the discharged briquettes have features of high density,high strength and high hardness.
DETAILS DISPLAY
In order to make the material into a ball at high pressure, the pre-compression screw of the coal briquetting machine is used to force the material to be formed into the middle of the roller. Due to the constant speed and reverse rotation, the material is compressed and formed. The unit pressure is from small to large until the center line of the roller is "0-0". At this point, the molding unit pressure reaches the maximum value. As the counter roller continues to rotate, the molding pressure continues to decrease, and it enters the ball-off state until the ball is off.
As the final products of the coal briquetting machine, the briquettes ball can be designed of oval shape, egg shape, pillow shape, star shape, square shape etc. In short, that can be any shape that you'd like.
We can control the combustion effect of the coal briquetting machine by adjusting the formula of the binder. In other words, on the one hand, we can keep the burnt briquette in its original shape without spreading, on the other hand, we can also make it burned into ashes.
