1. Product Introduction:
Quartz glass is made by melting various pure natural quartz (such as crystal , quartz sand , etc.). Its linear expansion coefficient is extremely small, being 1/10 to 1/20 of that of ordinary glass , and it has good thermal shock resistance . Its heat resistance is very high. The normal operating temperature ranges from 1100℃ to 1200℃, and the short - term operating temperature can reach 1400℃. Quartz glass is mainly used in laboratory equipment and refining equipment for special high - purity products. Due to its high spectral transmittance and no damage from radiation (other glasses will turn dark after being irradiated by radiation), it is also the ideal glass for the optical systems of spacecraft, wind tunnel windows and spectrophotometers .
