LC-8508 Chemical Resistance Penetration Tester
It is applicable to protective materials such as protective clothing, protective gloves, and protective shoes, and is used to test the ability to resist the penetration of chemical liquids. Under continuous contact conditions, it tests the penetration resistance of chemical protective materials to liquid chemicals, and is suitable for testing the penetration performance of airtight chemical protective materials. The test cell of the chemical liquid penetration resistance tester is controlled at a constant temperature. The protective material sample in the test cell is in continuous contact with the chemical liquid substance. The trapping medium in the trapping chamber traps the penetrated chemical substances. Through quantitative analysis, the concentration of the penetrated chemical substances is measured, so as to calculate the breakthrough time, standard breakthrough time, and penetration rate of the chemical substances through the protective material, and then obtain the penetration resistance level of the protective material. This equipment consists of a penetration test device (including a penetration cell, a trapping cell, a constant temperature water bath system, and a magnetic stirrer), a PH electrode, a gas chromatography system, and customized software.
