Transparent Protective Materials for Physical Testing Instruments, Anti-smashing Testing Machine, Anti-smashing Impact Test
Mainly used for: Anti-smashing performance tests of transparent protective materials with anti-smashing performance levels from Z1 to Z4 and Z5. Different specifications of test impact heads can be replaced according to the grade requirements. It has the function of single or cyclic impact tests as required.
The equipment is mainly composed of a falling hammer lifting device, a speed measuring device, an impact hammer clamping device, a sample rack base and an azimuth adjustment mechanism, an anti-secondary impact device, etc. It uses imported servo motors and PLC control technology. The impact height and the number of impacts can be preset. It can automatically lift the hammer to the preset height and display the height and falling hammer speed at any time. It is a fully automatic test machine with good reliability, high accuracy and convenient operation.

13. Lifting control: Use a Japanese Panasonic A6 400W servo motor for lifting and positioning, and use a synchronous wheel + synchronous belt for precise positioning.
