The hydraulic steel dam is one of the large-scale equipment such as various steel dams, hydraulic dams, hydraulic flap gates, and landscape dams produced by Bingchuan Water Conservancy. The core component of the hydraulic dam is the hydraulic system. The hydraulic systems of our company, Hebei Yangyu Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., are all specially customized and use imported sealing rings. This ensures that the hydraulic system does not corrode during long-term underwater operation, and the dam can be raised and lowered freely, ensuring the safe operation of the entire dam surface.
The hydraulic dam has a strong flood discharge capacity. After the movable dam surface is laid down, it is only about 20 cm higher than the foundation platform, achieving the same flood discharge effect as a damless situation. Even a once-in-a-thousand-year extraordinary flood will not cause damage to the dam body. In the case of no electricity and no power source, the dam can be automatically lowered. The dam can also be freely raised and lowered even when it is empty. You only need to manually open the manual valve of the oil circuit system.
This function is of great significance for the safe flood discharge of some rivers with special flood discharge requirements under extremely bad weather conditions such as heavy rain. The safety controllability is high. When the flood water level exceeds a certain height above the dam crest (set in advance), the pumping station will start to work, causing the surface of the hydraulic movable dam to descend to ensure flood discharge safety. The hydraulic dam can adjust the water retaining height arbitrarily according to the water storage capacity of the river. At the same time, it can also realize the arbitrary combination or synchronous adjustment of single or multiple dam fans, reducing the scouring of the downstream by the water flow.
The hydraulic pipelines are arranged downstream for easy maintenance. Other components are all standard configurations, easy to replace and with low costs. After the dam surface is raised, a stable supporting pier dam structure is formed. The mechanical structure is scientific, and the ability to resist flood impact is extremely strong. When the flood overflow exceeds 30 cm, it will not have an impact on the dam body. It is a movable dam that will not be washed away by floods, with a service life of more than 50 years.
