The main functions are water supply and drainage, interception, overflow, and non-return.


[Test requirements for the flap gate]

1. Strength test: Before leaving the factory, the fiberglass flap gate undergoes a strength test in the factory. The test pressure is 1.5 times the rated pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. It is considered qualified if there is no leakage and no structural damage.

2. Sealing test: Before leaving the factory, the fiberglass flap gate undergoes a sealing performance test in the factory. The test pressure is 1.1 times the rated pressure, and the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes. It is considered qualified if there is no leakage phenomenon.

3. Painting: Before painting, the outer surface of the fiberglass flap gate is derusted according to the GB8923 standard to remove oil stains and the adhesion layer, and then it is all painted with anti-rust primer and topcoat to prevent the outer surface from rusting after contact with air.

4. Execution standards: Adhesion → GB1720 standard, toughness → GB1731I standard, impact strength and hardness → GB1730 standard.
