1.Product Overview
The KOF200 orifice plate flow meter is a differential pressure (DP) type flow measurement instrument, belonging to the category of flow restriction devices. It is a sensor that does not have a direct reading function (no scale) and determines flow indirectly by measuring differential pressure.
A matching differential pressure transmitter (pneumatic, electronic, or smart) converts this differential pressure signal into a standard pneumatic signal (20-100 kPa) or electrical signal (4-20 mA/digital signal). This signal is then transmitted to a secondary instrument (flow computer, DCS, PLC, etc.) for square root extraction, temperature/pressure compensation, and totalization, ultimately achieving indication, recording, integration, and automatic control of the fluid flow rate.
