Xiongxing Brand Vacuum Potting Barrel Product Manual
Product Introduction
The Xiongxing Brand Vacuum Potting Barrel is specially designed for gemstone optimization and treatment processes. This equipment is manufactured using specially selected high-sealing materials, capable of maintaining stable pressure in a vacuum environment. It ensures that the resin efficiently penetrates the micro-cracks of the gemstone under the action of external atmospheric pressure, thereby significantly improving the material's physical properties and appearance quality. Compared to traditional vacuum pressure machines, this product boasts significant advantages such as safe operation, simple procedures, and low maintenance costs, making it an ideal piece of equipment for the gemstone processing industry.

Standard Operating Procedure
To ensure the best treatment results, please strictly follow these steps:
1. Preheat Stone Material: Place the gemstone rough material to be treated into an oven for uniform heating. This removes internal moisture from the stone, preparing it for subsequent resin infusion.
2. Prepare Resin Mixture: Mix the specialized potting resin and hardener according to the specified ratio, and heat the mixture to the recommended working temperature to reduce its viscosity and improve fluidity.
3. Vacuum Infusion: Place the preheated stone material inside the vacuum potting barrel, then immediately pour in the mixed and heated resin. Activate the vacuum equipment to create a vacuum and maintain it for a set period. Under the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the barrel, the resin is forced into and fully fills the micro-cracks of the stone material.
4. Clean Surface: After completing the infusion, remove the stone material and promptly wipe away any residual resin from its surface to prevent hardening, which could affect subsequent processing.
5. Secondary Curing: Place the cleaned stone material back into the oven for heat curing to allow the resin that has filled the cracks to completely harden and set.
6. Cool and Await Use: Allow the stone material to cool naturally to room temperature. It is then ready for subsequent processes such as cutting and polishing.
