Product Description
The XX-250-S is a highly efficient automatic multi-blade slitting machine. Featuring a conveyor belt automatic feeding system, it is specifically designed for continuously cutting sheet stone materials into multiple strips of equal width. Its purpose is to solve the low efficiency problem of traditional single-blade cutting, making it an ideal choice for large-scale production.
Core Features & Advantages
· Parallel Blades for Multiplied Efficiency: Based on processing requirements, 4 to 15 cutting blades can be installed simultaneously on the same spindle. One single feeding pass completes multiple cutting steps, cutting the sheet material into multiple finished strips at once, exponentially increasing output.
· Automatic Feeding for Easy Operation: Equipped with an automatic conveyor belt feeding system. The operator only needs to place the sheet material flat on the conveyor belt; the machine automatically handles the feeding and cutting process, reducing labor intensity and improving processing consistency.
· Adjustable Parameters for Wide Applicability: Suitable for cutting sheet materials with a thickness of 6mm - 20mm. The spindle speed and feeding speed (adjustable) are optimized to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the cut surfaces.
Working Principle
1. Loading: The operator places the sheet material (thickness 6-20mm) to be processed onto the machine's conveyor belt.
2. Conveying & Cutting: The conveyor belt steadily moves the material to the high-speed rotating multi-blade cutting area. According to the pre-set blade spacing, the material is cut into multiple strips of the desired width in one pass.
3. Discharging: The cut strips are conveyed out by the belt or collected manually.
