It utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibration energy, in conjunction with an abrasive slurry, to achieve precise and efficient perforation processing on a variety of high-hardness materials. II. Working Principle
The core principle of this equipment is the conversion of electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical energy. The specific process is as follows: The ultrasonic generator converts 50Hz mains frequency electricity into a 15KHz high-frequency electrical signal. This signal is transmitted to the transducer. The transducer then converts this high-frequency electrical signal into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency. These vibrations are amplified by the tool holder (commonly known as the needle holder) and precisely transmitted to the working end (i.e., the steel needle).
During processing, the working end drives the abrasive slurry (a circulating fluid composed of steel grit and water) between itself and the workpiece, creating high-speed impacts and friction. Utilizing the cavitation effect of the liquid induced by ultrasound, these combined actions produce a grinding effect on the workpiece surface. This comprehensive effect allows the equipment to rapidly remove material from the workpiece according to a pre-determined shape with precision, thereby achieving perforation or forming processing.
