Designed for the precision lapping stage in ball processing, this equipment is suitable for the fine grinding of roughly spherical blanks that have undergone previous processes (such as those processed by a mid-disk machine), achieving higher roundness precision. The device features a direct-drive shaft structure, which reduces intermediate transmission links compared to traditional frames, offering advantages such as high coaxiality, stable operation, and excellent roundness accuracy.
The machine is capable of processing various materials, including gemstones, agate, crystal, jade, and other types of stone, for precision rounding. During operation, the balls processed by the mid-disk machine are placed into a lapping disk. Different specifications of lapping disks are selected based on the hardness of the material and the size of the balls. The mechanical shaft is precision-engineered, and the motor is a high-quality domestic product, ensuring stable operation and ample power. The roundness accuracy of the processed products can reach up to 0.03mm.
Purpose: Used for precision lapping of roughly spherical blanks into finished balls with higher roundness.
