Product Function Description:
The online detection and monitoring system is used to monitor parameters such as the maximum, minimum, and average values of the outer diameter, as well as CP and CPK. It can record and print outer diameter/defect alarm information. By setting parameters through software, it can monitor different products. By plotting curve charts, it can monitor the trend of outer diameter changes on the production line in real time.

Online Detection and Monitoring System V1.0
This system primarily consists of industrial computers and PLCs, which are used in conjunction with upper-level machine software and PLC software. These components connect to the instrument system via their communication ports. It interfaces with various instruments on the production line to read and write real-time data. Signals from spark testers and profile detectors (such as switch signals) and pulse signals from counters are connected to the PLC. The PLC converts these data via a serial port and provides them to the upper-level machine for data processing, display, calculation, recording, and storage.
The aforementioned various signals are integrated into the developed software system. This system provides real-time display, recording, and storage of various detection data during cable and pipe manufacturing processes (such as outer diameter values, profile alarm positions, length, and line speed). It offers robust data support for subsequent quality management, analysis, and traceability.
