Application scenarios
This machine is suitable for the dispersion, stirring and mixing of medium and high viscosity products. The applicable viscosity is approximately 1000CP to 1,000,000 CP. It is applied in the engineering adhesive industry, coating (paint) industry, ink industry, electronics (electrical paste and paste) industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, and fine chemical industry.
Product features
1. The simplified body is reliably sealed and can perform stirring operations under vacuum and reduced pressure conditions.
2. The cylinder is equipped with a jacket, which can be heated or cooled to meet the process requirements.
3. The cylinder body is replaceable, and the inner wall is precisely processed for easy cleaning.
4. The stirring paddle has two movement modes: revolution and rotation, which enables the materials to achieve a mixing effect.
5. Both the drive and self-rotation adopt variable frequency speed regulation to adapt to different materials and processes.
6. The rotating system is equipped with a scraper for scraping off the materials adhering to the inner wall of the cylinder.
7. The upper body of the entire machine adopts hydraulic lifting, allowing for quick replacement of the cylinder to complete the operation.
