Application scenarios
This machine is suitable for the dispersion, stirring and mixing of medium and high viscosity products. The applicable viscosity is approximately 10,000 CP to 1,000,000 CP. It is applied in the new energy industry (positive and negative electrode battery slurries), engineering adhesive industry, coating (paint) industry, ink industry, electronics (electrical paste and paste) industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, and fine chemical industry。
Product features
High linear speed: The maximum linear speed can reach 25M/S, and the dispersion time is shortened. The slurry after stirring has small particle size and high consistency, effectively solving the problem of slurry agglomeration.
The bearings adopt fully imported angular contact ball bearings from SKF, Sweden, which increase the stirring speed and service life (the total service life is over 3 years when operating continuously for 24 hours at a linear speed of 21M/S).
High sealing performance with no oil or gas leakage: Two sets of mechanical seals combined with soft and hard seals, the planetary transmission box adopts a fully sealed structure. The bearing positions have been newly designed to rationally distribute the bearing limits, thereby reducing bearing wear. The vacuum degree can be maintained at a pressure of -0.092 or above for 24 hours without load to ensure that there is no oil or gas leakage during the stirring process.

The gaps between the paddles and the inner wall of the bucket are reasonable: The gaps between paddles, between paddles and the bucket wall, and between paddles and the bottom of the bucket are reasonable. The bottom of the stirring paddle is designed with a scraping bottom, and the roundness inside the bucket is high, less than 0.2MM.
It features a large torque output. The output torque is calculated through computer simulation, with high strength. It is suitable for high-viscosity and high-solid-content lithium-ion power battery positive and negative electrode slurries (such as lithium iron phosphate ternary, ternary high-nickel manganese oxide potassium, lithium cobalt oxide, etc.) and can adapt to different processes (dry mixing, wet mixing).
