It natively supports the full range of AC 800M I/O modules, and can be flexibly combined with AI, AO, DI, DO and other modules to meet diverse signal acquisition and control requirements, greatly reducing project complexity and commissioning cycle.

Adopting an RS-485 isolated interface, the 500V RMS isolation voltage can effectively resist electromagnetic interference, voltage fluctuation and ground loop interference in industrial sites to ensure stable communication. It supports multi-rate adjustment to adapt to different communication distance and data volume requirements, and can meet the communication needs of decentralized nodes for several kilometers at the maximum, suitable for signal connection in decentralized areas of large-scale process plants.

Equipped with red/green dual-color Profibus diagnostic LED indicators for intuitive display of communication status and faults; supports automatic baud rate detection and address conflict alarm to simplify on-site commissioning; supports hot swap in redundant I/O stations, enabling maintenance without shutdown to reduce downtime and O&M costs; can real-timely report status such as I/O module faults and channel over-limit to Control Builder M to realize proactive early warning O&M.
Flexible Adaptation with Multi-Scenario Compatibility
