The HAWE RZ series two - stage oil pumps are composed of a high - pressure part (radial piston pump HD) and a directly assembled low - pressure part (gear pump ND). Generally, it is connected and driven by an electric motor through a flange and a coupling. Through the tank cover, directly assemble the two - stage pressure valve and valve block to realize a complete hydraulic control circuit (e.g., for forging machinery). Pressure Pmax: Radial piston pump 700 bar, Gear pump 150 bar. Flow Qmax: Radial piston pump 91.2 l/min, Gear pump 135 l/min. Tank volume: 470 l. (1) Structure of Hawe two-stage pump
The RZ-type two-stage pump consists of a high-pressure pump and a low-pressure pump. The casing of the high-pressure pump is made in a form that can be flange-connected to the low-pressure pump. The driving torque is input into the high-pressure pump and transmitted to the low-pressure pump through the hollow shaft.
(2) Applications
Two-stage pump
It is used in the press control system that requires distinguishing the rapid traverse and working feed speeds. The low-pressure flow generally passes through a cut-off valve related to pressure, converges with the high-pressure flow, and supplies oil to a common load pipeline. When the system pressure reaches the pre-set low-pressure value, the low-pressure pump automatically switches to the bypass circulation.
Double-circuit pump
It is used to supply pressure oil to the loads of two circuits. These are independent. According to possible combinations, it supplies oil to two load circuits simultaneously with different flows and pressures. The two-way flow is controlled by the directional valve for the neutral circulation oil return.
(3) Structural arrangement of the pump
Configured outside the oil tank
The pump can be suspended on the IMB35-type motor through the intermediate flange and coupling. In addition, an oil tank is configured. For this structure, the reliable operating arrangement should be that the pump is placed beside or under the oil tank. In this way, the two pumps always suck oil through the pipeline where the oil flows downward. Even at a low oil level, the oil can automatically flow in to assist in oil suction and achieve automatic exhaust. The connecting elements between the motor and the hydraulic pump can refer to the intermediate flange and elastic coupling provided in sample D6010Z, which can be ordered according to the numbers listed in the sample as required.
Structure placed in the oil tank
The conventional structural form is to vertically install it from the upper part through the skylight of the oil tank cover, elastic coupling, IMB5 and IMV1 motors. The connecting elements between the motor and the hydraulic pump can refer to the intermediate flange and elastic coupling provided in sample D6010Z, which can be ordered according to the numbers listed in the sample. In addition, the oil suction components and the D4 or A4-type elbows according to DIN2950 can be applied according to sample D6010Z.
