HD20AS-160 Original German HAWE Manual Pump for Ship Decks Now
Manual pumps are used in working conditions and simple hydraulic stations. However, domestic manual pumps are large in size, low in pressure, and inflexible in operation. Therefore, Chengdu Yiyu Technology Co., Ltd. recommends the original GermanHAWE H-type, HE-type, HD-type, and DH-type manual pumps to you, which can completely solve your troubles!
HAWE H-type, HE-type, HD-type, and DH-type manual pumpshave two structural forms: single-acting and double-acting. The single-acting manual pump only supplies oil in one direction of the handle movement, and the handle moves in the reverse direction for oil suction. The double-acting manual pump supplies and sucks oil during the reciprocating movement of the handle. The suction side of the derived pump can withstand a pressure of up to 150 bar. This type of manual pump can be equipped with a fixed handle or a detachable handle, and can be with or without an oil tank. The loading and unloading valve (P and S are connected) and/or the relief valve can expand its application range.
Pressure Pmax = 80 to 600 bar
Displacement Vmax = 4 to 78 ml per stroke.
HAWE Manual Pumps Commonly Used Models:
H16, H20, H25, HD13, HD20, HD30, HE4, DH40, DH45
The advantage of HAWE H-type, HE-type, HD-type, and DH-type manual pumps is that both their suction valves and pressure valves have zero leakage. Their suction pipes should be as short as possible, and the oil level in the oil tank must be at the same height as or higher than the suction connection port. This can prevent the suction port of the pump from being empty of oil when it is not in operation.
A single-acting pump sucks oil when the operating handle moves in one direction and discharges oil into the pressure pipeline when the handle moves in the other direction.
A double-acting pump discharges the same amount of oil into the pressure pipeline whether the operating handle moves forward or backward.
The operating mechanisms (handle mechanisms) of open pumps and fully enclosed pumps are different;
1. For fully enclosed pumps, the driving part is inside the casing and lubricated with oil, so no maintenance is required.
2. For open pumps, the driving part is exposed, and regular maintenance (cleaning and lubrication) is recommended.
A double-acting pump discharges the same amount of oil into the pressure pipeline whether the operating handle moves forward or backward.
