General Electric IS420ESWAH1A High-density power distribution board
The IS411JPDHG1A is a high-density power distribution board (JPDH) in the GE Mark VIe series. It provides redundant 28VDC power distribution for Mark VIe TMR architectures, adapting to centralized power supply for turbine and critical process control I/O modules and network devices. It features hot-swapping and fault isolation capabilities and is essentially an upgrade of the IS410JPDHG1A, with improvements in protection and stability.
Core Performance: Power Supply and Distribution Capabilities
Input: 22.5-28.6VDC (three redundant power supplies: R/S/T), supports cascading expansion, meeting the power supply requirements of TMR architectures.
Output: 24 I/O module power supplies (8 each for R/S/T), each with a self-resetting PTC fuse protection; 3 Ethernet switch power supplies (1 each for R/S/T), compatible with Mark VIe I/O and IONet switches.
Expansion: Supports daisy-chaining, expandable to power more than 24 I/O modules, meeting the needs of large-scale I/O expansion.
Protection: PTC overcurrent protection, input reverse connection/overvoltage protection, fault isolation and non-propagation, suitable for Class 1 Div 2 hazardous areas, ATEX explosion-proof certified, providing superior protection performance.
Electrical and Physical Characteristics
Communication: Compatible with Mark VIe IONet/Modbus TCP, supports seamless switching between TMR redundant power supplies and communication links.
Environment: Operating temperature -30℃ to 65℃, vibration/shock resistant, suitable for harsh industrial environments, hot-swappable design, maintenance without interrupting system operation.
Size and Installation: Standard Mark VIe rack mounting, compatible with Mark VIe I/O cabinets, supports redundant configuration, improving power supply reliability.
