General Electric IS221PPDAH1B Power distribution feedback module
The GE IS221PPDAH1B is a Mark VIe Power Distribution Feedback Module (PPDA) adapted for turbine-controlled JPDM/JPDC power distribution systems. It is used for power distribution feedback signal acquisition and status monitoring, ensuring stable operation and fault early warning of industrial power systems.
Core Performance
I/O and Electrical Capabilities
Feedback Acquisition: 16-channel 24VDC status feedback input, adaptable to contact signals from circuit breakers, contactors, etc. in power distribution systems. Single-channel rated current is 2A. Supports contact closure/opening status acquisition and is compatible with 22.5-28.6VDC power supply.
Isolation and Certification: 2500Vrms isolation between channels, UL/CE certified, suitable for Class 1 Div 2 hazardous areas, vibration/shock resistant, and fault propagation prevents damage.
Diagnostic Functions: LED status indication for each channel, supports ControlST real-time diagnostics of channel status and link quality, and rapid contact fault location.
Communication and Electrical
Communication Interface: Dual 100M full-duplex Ethernet ports, supporting IONet/Modbus TCP, redundant links ensure continuous data transmission, compatible with Mark VIe distributed I/O architecture.
Power Supply: 22.5-28.6VDC, overvoltage/reverse connection protection, operating temperature -30℃ to 65℃, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Management and Maintenance: Supports hot-swapping; failure does not affect other channels, suitable for the continuous operation requirements of turbine control.
Compatible Terminal Blocks: IS200STCIH1A/2A, IS200TBCIH2C/H4C, etc., connected via DC-37 pin connectors for flexible installation.
