General Electric IS221YAICS1B Safety simulation output
The GE IS221YAICS1B is a Mark VIeS series safety-grade analog I/O module (YAIC) featuring 10 safety analog inputs and 2 safety analog outputs, meeting SIL 2/3 safety levels. It is suitable for safety control of turbines and critical processes, ensuring the safety and real-time performance of analog signal acquisition and output.

I/O and Electrical Capabilities
10 Analog Inputs: The first 8 channels can be configured with 4-20mA/±5V/±10V, and the last 2 channels support ±1mA or 0-5A current input, suitable for pressure, temperature, flow, and other sensor signals.
2 Analog Outputs: 4-20mA/0-20mA, suitable for actuators such as valve positioners, with single-channel short-circuit/overcurrent protection.
Safety and Isolation: SIL 2/3 certified, 2500Vrms isolation between channels, Class 1 Div 2 hazardous area compatibility, fail-safe output mode, diagnostic coverage ≥90%.
Diagnostic Functions: LED status indication per channel, ControlST real-time diagnostics for input drift, output anomalies, and link faults, supports TMR voting and deviation alarms.
Communication and Electrical:
Communication: Dual 100M Ethernet ports, IONet/Modbus TCP redundant links, compatible with Mark VIeS TMR architecture, seamless fault switching.
Power Supply: 22.5-28.6VDC, overvoltage/reverse connection protection, operating temperature -30℃ to 65℃, vibration/shock resistant, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Management and Maintenance: Supports hot-swapping, fault propagation prevention, suitable for continuous operation requirements of turbine control.
Compatible terminal blocks: IS200STAIS1A/2A, IS200TBAIS1C, etc., DC-37 pin connector for flexible installation.
