I. Introduction to the truck-mounted grab:
Sibuxiang truck-mounted grabis mainly used on the original modified dump trucks. The grab arm is installed on the frame and can directly drive away for grabbing. The Sibuxiang truck-mounted grab is generally composed of three major parts: the working device, the upper vehicle body and the lower vehicle body. It can be equipped with a variety of working devices, such as excavation, lifting, loading, leveling, clamping, bulldozing, rotary drilling rig and other operating tools. It is widely used in water conservancy projects and Sibuxiang vehicle mining, and can also be usedfor earthwork construction operations in sand fields.
II.Truck-mountedgrabPerformance characteristics
1. It uses domestic engines, gearboxes and rear axles, with low speed and high torque, greatly improving the climbing performance.
2. The enlarged desert-type air filter greatly reduces the entry of dust, making it suitable for use in harsh environments and extending the service life of the engine and hydraulic system.
3、Superior waterproof performance. The wiring and electrical components of the whole vehicle are treated with high-level waterproof sealing, effectively preventing electric leakage caused by rainwater.
4、Large-angle steering with a smaller turning radius, making it more suitable for complex road conditions with narrow and winding lanes.
5、It adopts a standard automotive rigid frame in China, which is more flexible than the traditional riveted and welded frame and remains intact even under heavy pressure.
6、All parts are products of top domestic brands, featuring high universality. The quality meets domestic standards, and replacement parts can be easily purchased locally in a timely manner.
7、The company uses front and rear cast axles, which are stronger and more durable than traditional welded axles. The chassis is fully reinforced to meet mining standards.
