Product Introduction
The composite waveform drainage pad is composed of two layers of non-woven fabric combined with a central drainage core board. The drainage core board is made of polypropylene as the raw material and is specially extruded to form a "wave" shaped longitudinal full section continuous drainage channel. Due to the continuous and straight channels inside the drainage core board, different channels do not interfere with each other horizontally, allowing seepage water to pass through at a fast speed and achieve good drainage effect. The upper and lower composite layers of non-woven fabric play a filtering role, preventing particles from entering the drainage channel and blocking it in practical engineering applications, ensuring the integrity of the soil structure and preventing structural deformation or collapse. In projects with special anti-seepage requirements, a composite layer of geomembrane can be chosen to achieve anti-seepage effect. Therefore, this product actually combines three functions of drainage, filtration, and anti-seepage, and is a typical multifunctional material
Core Features
1. Efficient drainage: The waveform structure forms a continuous longitudinal drainage channel, quickly extracting accumulated water from the soil and reducing pore water pressure.
2. Filtration and blockage prevention: The composite geotextile filter layer can intercept soil particles, prevent drainage channel blockage, and allow water to pass freely.
3. Compressive and durable: The waveform core layer is mostly made of high-strength materials such as HDPE, which has good compressive performance and is not easily deformed after burial, ensuring long-term drainage effect.
4. Convenient construction: It can be supplied in a roll shape, directly laid and overlapped on site, without the need to build additional drainage blind ditches, saving construction time.
Main usage scenarios
1. Roadbed and pavement drainage: Horizontal/vertical drainage of highway and railway roadbeds to prevent water accumulation and settlement of roadbeds.
2. Drainage of retaining wall/foundation pit: Drainage of the back of the retaining wall and the side walls of the foundation pit reduces the lateral pressure of the soil and avoids water seepage from the wall.
3. Underground garage roof drainage: Used in conjunction with roof greening, to drain accumulated water from the roof and protect the waterproof layer.
4. Slope drainage: Internal drainage of slope soil to reduce the risk of landslides caused by rainwater infiltration.
5. Landfill drainage: leachate drainage from the landfill lining system, as well as surface drainage after closure.
