Principles of Product Manufacturing
The 3D composite drainage network is a new type of geosynthetic drainage material with a unique three-layer composite structure, made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the core raw material through a special extrusion molding process.
The middle layer of the product consists of high-rigidity longitudinal ribs, and the upper and lower layers of ribs are arranged in a cross pattern to form a stable support system, which can effectively prevent the composite double-sided permeable geotextile from embedding into the drainage channels. Even under high-load conditions in engineering projects, the drainage channels can remain unobstructed, ensuring long-term and stable drainage performance.
Composited with double-sided permeable geotextile, the product integrates four core functions: filtration, drainage, air permeability, and protection, fully meeting the application requirements of complex engineering environments.
Core Product Features
Superior Drainage Efficiency: Equivalent to the drainage capacity of a 1m-thick gravel drainage layer, it can quickly discharge accumulated water and leachate in soil, significantly reducing pore water pressure.
High Tensile Strength: The overall structure is stable with excellent tensile performance, adapting to tensile stress scenarios during engineering construction and long-term use.
Anti-embedding Design: The cross-braced rib structure effectively prevents geotextile from embedding into the net core, ensuring long-term unobstructed drainage channels and stable drainage effect.
High Pressure Load Resistance: Can withstand a compressive load of approximately 3000kPa for a long time (note: "Ka" in the original text is a unit error, corrected to the engineering standard pressure unit "kPa"), and is not easily deformed after burial.
Long-Term Durability: Possesses excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and anti-aging properties, suitable for complex working conditions such as underground and humid environments, with a long service life.
Wide Application Scope
Infrastructure Engineering Drainage: Suitable for railway and highway subgrade/pavement drainage, tunnel drainage, municipal pipe network supporting drainage, reservoir anti-seepage and drainage, slope protection drainage, and other projects, with remarkable application effects.
Environmental Protection Engineering Special Use: Specifically designed for landfills, it can be used as underground water drainage layer, permeability detection layer, leachate collection and drainage layer, closed-site gas collection and drainage layer, and closed-site water collection and drainage layer.
