Drainage Sheet
As a new type of geosynthetic material, the Permeable Drainage Sheet is manufactured through a melt-forming process, featuring a tangled filament mesh structure. It boasts excellent performance advantages such as high compression resistance, high pore density, and efficient all-directional water collection and horizontal drainage capabilities.
When compounded with non-woven geotextile, the drainage sheet can effectively collect rainwater or sewage discharged from storage yards under the buried closed covering layer. With its unique drainage design, the collected water can be discharged in an orderly manner through the permeable sheet interlayer as per engineering requirements, avoiding clogging risks fundamentally. This effectively prevents soil cover saturation caused by water accumulation and the potential slope sliding problems accordingly.
Beyond drainage, this permeable sheet also excels in releasing biogas generated by soil fermentation (especially in waste landfills), making it an ideal choice for landfill projects. Additionally, when combined with HDPE membranes, it can form a protective barrier, effectively preventing HDPE membranes from being punctured by sharp objects in the soil, enhancing the overall stability and durability of the engineering system.
