Device Introduction
WHB-50A series microcomputer integrated protection devices are suitable for various power distribution and consumption sites with voltage levels of 10kV and below. The devices adopt multiple adaptive technologies and a multi-functional integrated design concept, which facilitates engineering selection and on-site application.
The devices can be flexibly configured according to the usage scenarios. The protection objects can be selected from line protection, auxiliary transformer protection, capacitor protection, and motor protection.
Line protection is suitable for the protection of lines and feeders with voltage levels of 10kV and below;
Auxiliary transformer protection is suitable for the protection of auxiliary transformers, service transformers, or grounding transformers in small grounding current systems or small resistance grounding systems with voltage levels of 10kV and below; Capacitor protection is suitable for the protection of shunt capacitors installed in power distribution and consumption sites with voltage levels of 10kV and below; Motor protection is suitable for the protection of small and medium-sized asynchronous motors below 2000kW with voltage levels of 10kV and below. The working power supply has a wide range design of 85V - 500V, and the voltage of 220V and 110V is applicable to both AC and DC. There is no need to distinguish the working power supply specifications when placing an order.
Product Features
The switching input power supply uses a high-voltage design, with strong anti-interference ability. The input voltage of 220V and 110V is applicable to both AC and DC. The protection current adopts a universal design of 5A and 1A. It uses an independent high-precision ADC, with high protection accuracy and strong anti-interference ability. The relay output adopts a matrix configuration, which can be programmed on-site and is convenient to use. It adopts a multi-functional integrated design concept, with four different built-in protection objects, which is convenient to use. It is standard equipped with an RS485 communication interface, supporting multiple communication protocols such as IEC103 and MODBUS. It has an integrated chassis design, with a small size, suitable for installation in various cabinets. It uses a graphic liquid crystal display with Chinese display and menu-style operation. There are 8 sets of protection setting values, and the setting value area switching is safe and convenient.
