Dandong Huatong Intelligent Motor Controller PDM-810MRC
1. Standard Configuration
* It has multiple protection functions such as short circuit, locked rotor, overload, grounding, phase loss/imbalance, underload, TE curve, under/over voltage, start timeout, pre-start acceleration trip, power loss during operation, external faults, etc.
* It measures electrical quantities such as three-phase current, zero-sequence current, three-phase current imbalance degree, three-phase voltage, zero-sequence voltage, three-phase imbalance degree, active/reactive power, power factor, frequency, etc., to achieve comprehensive protection for the motor, and has the function of recording protection events.
* Active energy (kWh) and reactive energy (kVARh)
* Four configurable protection control output modes:
1. Direct starting mode 2. Trip protection mode
3. Star/delta starting mode 4. Circuit breaker protection mode
* Wide-range AC/DC universal power supply: AC/DC 85～265V
* One RS-485 communication interface with Modbus RTU communication protocol
* Eleven digital input channels for remote signaling: among them, 7 channels have functions of start/stop/emergency stop/communication/display control. Five relay outputs; among them, 1 output is used for device fault alarm.
* Three-phase current measurement and SOE recording can be read in real-time through the communication interface. Protection parameters can be set by the display unit and communication software;

* External zero-sequence/leakage current transformer input for measuring zero-sequence/leakage current
* Two current input methods for users to choose flexibly according to their needs

Below 15 (MT25), 15 - 60A (MT100)
30A - 90A (MT150), 60A - 150A (MT250)
2. Above 150A, use standard CT (1A/5)
Note: You can only choose one of Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, and dual RS-485 communication.
