Water Separator and Collector (Manifold)
The water separator and collector, commonly referred to as a manifold, is a key component in hydronic heating, central air conditioning circulation systems, and boiler auxiliary equipment. It is designed to split the main water flow into multiple branch circuits and gather the return water from each branch back to the main pipeline.
Core Functions
1,Uniform Flow Distribution: Precisely allocates water flow to each branch loop according to system requirements, ensuring balanced heat exchange efficiency in terminal devices such as floor heating radiators and fan coils.
2,System Regulation & Maintenance: Equipped with valves, flow meters, and pressure gauges on each branch, it enables independent adjustment of flow rate and pressure for each circuit. This design facilitates easy maintenance and troubleshooting of individual loops without shutting down the entire system.
3,Pressure Balance: Optimizes the pressure distribution of the whole water circulation system, preventing problems like uneven heating caused by hydraulic imbalance.
