Product Description
Full Integrated Water Processor
Developed specifically to address the four major issues commonly found in various circulating water systems-corrosion, scaling, microbial growth (bacteria and algae), and poor water quality-this integrated water treatment device replaces multiple traditional treatment units with a single, efficient system.
This device is mainly composed of a high-quality carbon steel shell, stainless steel mesh, high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, corona discharge unit, and an automatic drainage system.
Working Principle
Through a triple-action process-mechanical filtration, electromagnetic polarization, and corona effect-it effectively adsorbs and reduces hardness ions and composite scale in circulating water systems, thus preventing scaling.
By altering the arrangement of ions via electromagnetic energy, it reduces the likelihood of scale formation even at higher temperatures, while also inhibiting metal corrosion.
Additionally, it suppresses the growth of bacteria and algae in water and features online filtration and automatic discharge, enabling comprehensive functions including anti-scaling, anti-corrosion, sterilization, and water purification during normal operation.
