Hydraulic Module Product Introduction
The Hydraulic Module is an integrated, intelligent hydraulic system component designed for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and industrial circulating water systems. It integrates core components such as pumps, valves, pipelines, filters, pressure gauges, and intelligent controllers into a standardized unit, realizing centralized management and automatic control of water circulation, pressure regulation, and water replenishment. By adopting modular design and advanced control technology, the hydraulic module simplifies on-site installation, shortens construction cycles, and ensures stable and efficient operation of the entire water system, making it an essential key equipment in modern building energy-saving systems and industrial production lines.
Working Principle
The core working principle of the Hydraulic Module is to realize precise control of the water system through integrated hydraulic circuit design and intelligent control logic. The key working processes are as follows:
Integrated Hydraulic Circulation: The pre-assembled and debugged internal pipeline system connects the water pump, filter, and valve groups in series and parallel reasonably. It can efficiently complete water suction, transportation, filtration, and distribution, reducing energy loss caused by unreasonable on-site pipeline layout.
Intelligent Pressure & Flow Control: The built-in intelligent controller real-time monitors the pressure, flow, and temperature parameters of the water system. According to the preset operating conditions or actual load changes, it automatically adjusts the speed of the variable-frequency pump or the opening of the regulating valve to maintain the stability of system pressure and flow, ensuring the optimal operating state of the terminal equipment (such as air conditioners, heat exchangers).
Automatic Water Replenishment & Protection: When the system pressure is lower than the set value due to water loss, the module automatically starts the make-up pump to replenish water to the system; at the same time, it is equipped with over-pressure, under-pressure, water shortage, and overload protection functions. Once an abnormal condition is detected, it will immediately issue an alarm and take corresponding shutdown or adjustment measures to ensure the safe operation of the system.
