1. Product Overview
The Current-Graded Live Indication Device adopts an equipotential design, featuring high-voltage insulation and anti-electromagnetic interference. With a small size, light weight, and high-brightness LEDs, it is suitable for hanging installation and operation on high-voltage grade overhead lines of power grids. It works independently at the same potential as the high-voltage lines, with no impact on the normal operation of the lines.
The device is fully sealed and filled with insulating epoxy resin, which seals the main control board and all components. Its fully enclosed design ensures high pressure resistance, strong anti-interference capability, and stable and reliable operation.
This product is a prompt safety device that is directly hung and installed on high-voltage overhead lines to indicate whether the lines carry operating current. When the high-voltage conductors carry operating current, the device's LED lights flash to warn that the high-voltage lines are in live operation. It also has a graded display function: the greater the current on the line, the brighter the LED display intensity. The product can play a role in live safety warning, and at the same time, the approximate current magnitude on the line can be judged based on the number of illuminated LEDs.
2. Product Functions
The Current-Graded Live Indication Device adopts the principle of on-line power extraction and uses an on-line energy harvesting method to achieve the function of displaying live warnings. It accurately and reliably displays the live status of high-voltage equipment via LEDs, which is clearly visible even under strong outdoor light.
It effectively prevents high-voltage electric shock accidents and equipment short-circuit damage accidents caused by relevant personnel in the area being unclear about the live status of the equipment. It can achieve a good safety warning effect and provide effective auxiliary support for the safe operation and maintenance of the power grid.
