I. Product Overview
Nowadays, the dependence on electricity is growing, and there are an increasing number of power facilities, leading to a rising frequency of dangers caused by accidental collisions. Currently, existing outdoor power supply equipment (such as high-voltage transformers and distribution cabinets) is unattended. To prevent unrelated personnel from electric shock, isolation measures like installing guardrails and enclosures are generally adopted; however, these measures often fail to provide effective safety protection for children or people with little knowledge of electricity. Alternatively, a warning sign reading "High Voltage Danger, Pedestrians Keep Away" is often hung, but such signs are prone to loss over time and hard to spot at night, thus failing to serve as an effective warning.
The intelligent acoustic and light alarm for power facilities is a warning device installed beside high-risk power facilities. It has a prominent presence, allowing the public to detect potential risks early and take preventive measures in a timely manner, thereby reducing and avoiding safety accidents.
The device is mainly composed of a top strobe light, a solar panel, a speaker, an integrated control circuit, a radar sensor, and an RFID intelligent inspection unit (optional; the inspection instrument needs to be purchased separately). A solar panel, radar sensor, and strobe light are installed on the exterior of the device, while a control circuit, speaker, and lithium battery pack are placed inside. The acoustic and light alarm is activated under the control of the internal control circuit. When this device is installed beside power facilities (e.g., distribution transformers, utility poles, distribution rooms), a voice reminder will be triggered when a pedestrian approaches within the device's sensing range. Additionally, the top strobe light will flash at night to warn approaching personnel of potential dangers.
II. Product Functions
Changeable Voice Function: Audio files can be replaced by connecting the USB port inside the device to a computer.
Automatic Night Mute: When entering nighttime, the device will automatically disable voice playback; it will switch to touch-flash mode when the battery is low.
Night Mode Settings: Both automatic night flash mode and touch-flash mode (radar-triggered) can be set via the DIP switch inside the device.
Voice Mute Function: Supports manual muting of the voice alarm.
