In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology, electricity has become an indispensable part of our daily life and production. High-voltage overhead transmission lines are widely distributed across cities, villages, roads, and bridges. However, passing pedestrians and vehicles often fail to take timely precautions at night, leading to serious accidents. Although "High-Voltage Danger" warning signs are ubiquitous, existing signs work effectively during the day but fail to provide adequate warning at night. The High-Voltage Warning Light is a prominent warning device specifically installed on high-voltage overhead transmission lines to alert of high-voltage hazards both day and night, thereby preventing electric shock accidents.
III. Working PrincipleThe High-Voltage Warning Light is mounted on high-voltage overhead transmission lines to serve as a high-voltage warning device for both day and night use. During the day, it primarily relies on the warning sign to fulfill the warning function. At night, the device activates the flashing LED light. Additionally, the warning sign is equipped with reflective materials, which further enhance the warning effect. The High-Voltage Warning Light consists of five core components: a high-brightness LED light source, a microcontroller, a solar panel, a polymer lithium battery, and reflective materials. The LED light source utilizes special light-emitting devices, boasting high brightness, strong penetration, and a long service life. Notably, the warning light does not remain continuously lit; instead, it flashes alternately at a frequency most sensitive to the human eye. This design enables people to detect the warning earlier and more easily, thus avoiding potential dangers.
