Jiashuo Environmental Protection's replacement for Liming RFB.BH-1300*5 Magnetic Return Oil Filter
The return oil filter is directly installed on the tank cover. The filter head is exposed outside the tank, and the return oil cylinder is immersed in the tank. The oil inlet is provided with pipe and flange connections, which simplifies the system pipeline. It makes the system layout more compact and the installation and connection more convenient.
2. A filter element contamination indicator and an oil bypass valve are provided to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system. When the filter element is blocked by contaminants, or the system fluid temperature is too low, or the flow pulsation and other factors cause the oil inlet pressure to be 0.35Mpa, the indicator device will send a signal. The filter element should be replaced in time or the fluid temperature should be increased. If the faults cannot be handled immediately at this time, the bypass valve located at the bottom of the filter element will automatically open (the opening pressure of the bypass valve is 0.4Mpa) to protect the filter and the hydraulic system to work normally.
3. The design adopts direct return oil filtration, which makes it very convenient to replace the filter element or refuel the tank. Just unscrew the filter cover (cleaning cover) to replace the filter element or refuel the tank. There are two M18×1.5 oil ports on the filter head, which can be used to install the indicator on either side or to filter a small amount of fluid flowing back to the tank in the system.
4. It has a fluid diffuser. The diffuser is installed at the bottom of the return oil cylinder, which can make the return oil medium flow into the tank smoothly, and it is not easy to produce bubbles, thereby reducing the re-entry of air and weakening the agitation of the deposited contaminants.
5. The filter element uses glass fiber filter material. It has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil passing capacity, small original pressure loss, and large dirt holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated by filtration accuracy, and the filtration ratio β3, β5, β10, β20 ≥ 200, the filtration efficiency η ≥ 99.5%. The evaluation methods are ISO16889-99 and GB/T18853-2002.
Service life: The service life of the RFB filter itself is not fixed. Its use is closely related to the cleaning of the filter element and also has a great relationship with the quality. If there are too many impurities in the use environment, the filter is more likely to inhale unclean gas, which will increase the working pressure of the filter. Excessive impurities will also quickly block the filter element. However, do not continue to use it when the hydraulic oil filter element is blocked and damaged. Small particle impurities will enter the lubricating oil of the system, accelerating the oxidation of the lubricating oil.
Our factory's oil filter has a normal one - year warranty (the filter element has a 2000 - hour warranty).
