The working principle of the cobblestone coal disc sieve, roller tailings de-sliming machine, mobile mud-stone separation equipment, and stepped mud-stone separator is based on the differences in the particle size and shape of the materials. When the materials are conveyed to the feed inlet of the separator, they will first fall on the uppermost rollers. Due to the rotation of the rollers, the materials start to move forward on the rollers. Smaller soil particles and fine sand will fall through the gaps between the rollers into the collection device at the bottom, while larger stones will continue to move forward with the rotation of the rollers and gradually transition to the next layer of rollers. In this process, some of the soil mixed in the stones will also be further separated due to the turning and vibration of the rollers. This separation method based on physical characteristics does not require the use of chemical agents, which is both environmentally friendly and efficient.
